Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Tracy King as Executive Director (Strategic Initiatives) with the Department of Health and Community Services, effective January 11, 2010, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1176 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. King’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective January 11, 2010, where applicable.
