Under the authority of the Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to provide a guarantee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for 100% of all monies received by the Newfoundland and Labrador Immigrant Investor Fund Limited under the Immigrant Investor Program as amended, as per the copy of the Loan Guarantee Agreement attached as Annex C of the Minister’s Submission.
