Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding of $450,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2012/13 and 2013/14, to facilitate the award of a contract for the provision of audit support and advisory services to Grant Thonrton.
