Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Mr. Allister Taylor as Assistant Deputy Minister – Lands in the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective January 31, 2010, with Mr. Taylor to receive benefits in accordance with section 6.2 of the Executive Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
