Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $3,440,000 against its 2012-13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the extension of Government’s data centre contract with Bell Aliant.
