Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Assistant Deputy Minister - Policy and Planning in the Labour Relations Agency, effective January 11, 2010, at her current salary and level on a personal basis.
