Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased authorize the renewal of the lease of 4,500 square feet of office space for the Department of Human Resources and Employment, in the Powell’s Supermarket Building, Bay Roberts, from Powell’s Supermarket Limited, on a month to month basis to July 31, 2004, under the existing terms and conditions and at a rental rate of $17.50 per square foot - $78,750 per annum.
