Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chantelle MacDonald Newhookas Assistant Deputy Minister – Human Resources in the Public Service Secretariat, effective August 22, 2011, with salary at step 25 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
