Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Aubrey Gover as Assistant Deputy Minister – Aboriginal Affairs in the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective January 11, 2010, with salary at Step 25 of the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
