Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Cooper as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective January 11, 2010, at his current salary and level on a personal basis, and with reference to a letter on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
