Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Carter as Executive Director, Iron Ore Industry in the Department of Natural Resources, effective August 22, 2011, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.  Mr. Carter shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses for his relocation from Labrador West to St. John’s in accordance with a plan to be pre-approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council and administered in accordance with Government’s Relocation Policy.
