Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Scott as Assistant Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective January 11, 2010, with salary at Step 25 of the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
