Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit $4,204,900 against 2010/11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of contracts for the construction of aquaculture inflow wharfs at Pool’s Cove and Hermitage.
