Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Colleen Janes as Assistant Deputy Minister – Professional Services in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective September 19, 2011, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Janes’ current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
