Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Thomas Graham as Assistant Deputy Minister - Policy and Planning in the Labour Relations Agency, effective August 22, 2011, with a salary increase of 10 percent upon appointment and with general salary increases applicable to the executive to apply.  A position description is to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Graham’s current salary, with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
