Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend OC2009-099 to set the salary of the Assistant Superintendent for Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, effective March 27, 2009, at HL-28, Step 25 with general salary increases to apply.
