Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $50,340,000 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations, $36,458,000 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations, and $1,374,000 against its 2012/13 budgetary appropriations for the acquisition of four (4) waterbombers from Bombardier Inc.
