Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective May 25, 2010, each for a three-year term:  

    i)  John Peddle, Employer Representative; and

ii) Greg Pretty, Worker Representative.
