Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective immediately, each for a three-year term:      

 i)  Lorraine Hearn, Public Representative (Injured Workers); and

ii) Derek Hiscock, Public Representative.
