Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Peckford as the Chief Review Commissioner of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, on a temporary basis effective December 24, 2009, until a permanent Chief Review Commissioner is appointed.
