Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 2 of the Rail Services Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Labrador Iron Mines Limited to construct and operate a railway subject to:

(i) compliance with conditions, if any, imposed by the Department of Natural Resources;

(ii) compliance with conditions, if any, imposed by the Department of Environment and Conservation; and

(iii) compliance with such other conditions as the Department of Transportation and Works deems necessary.
