Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $1,950,000 against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal year 2010-11 to facilitate a contract extension with Bell Aliant Regional Communications Inc.
