Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign an amendment to the Pan-Canadian Innovations Initiative Contribution Agreement for Youth Connect substantially along the lines of the draft agreement attached to the Minister’s Submission.
