Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary to issue a request for proposals for rental vehicles for confidential investigative purposes, with the request for proposals to be on an invitational basis to no fewer than three firms.
