Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, to pre-commit funding of $77,750 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a contract with InterVISTAS Consulting Inc.
