Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding of $5,440,600 against its 2010/11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a structural steel contract to the lowest compliant bidder, Pomerleau Inc.
