Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $1,137,000 against 2010-11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender to Brook Construction (2007) Inc. for Canon Richard’s High School – Redevelopment, Phase III.
