Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $400,000 against 2010-11 budgetary appropriations related to transportation depot projects at Cartwright Junction and Crook’s Lake.
