Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a second Amending Agreement to amend the Health Care Strategies and Policy Contribution Agreement – Internationally Educated Health Care Professionals Initiative – International Medical Graduate (IMG) Pathways Amendment substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
