Under the authority of section 8 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Market Adjustment Policy and Guidelines to Determine, Implement and Evaluate Market Adjustments” apply to the agencies, boards and commissions noted in Appendices B.1 and B.2 of the Minister’s submission with the exception of NALCOR, Memorial University of Newfoundland and the Research & Development Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
