Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.07334 hectare and being more particularly described in Annex “C” of the Minister’s Submission, located at Route 91, in Colinet, and the administration and control of the parcel of land is hereby transferred forever to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
