Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to    permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.6216 hectare and being more particularly described in Annex “B” of the Minister’s submission, located in Deep Bight, and the Minister of Transportation and Works is hereby authorized to subsequently transfer title to the land to Mr. Frederick Balsom and Ms. Connie Balsom under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister.
