Under the authority of sections 4 and 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to continue renovating existing residences and to build new residences in St. John’s and Corner Brook with Memorial to use the BAE Newplan Group’s concept for 500 beds in St. John’s.
