Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds up to $9,000,000 against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal year 2010/11 to facilitate the one year extension of Information Technology and Information Management professional services contract to March 31, 2011 as follows: Xwave Solutions Inc. (up to $4,000,000), PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada (up to $4,000,000) and Deloitte Inc. (up to $1,000,000).
