Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Scott as Assistant Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective March 26, 2013, with salary at Step 26 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
