Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to issue a Request for Proposals for the purchase and implementation of a Court Scheduling System for all of the court systems in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
