Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding of up to $120,000 in each of fiscal years 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13 in support of the contract for a new contact management centre.
