Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign an Exchange of Letters with the federal Department of Finance, to extend the Reciprocal Taxation Agreement for 12 months.
