Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize an extension of the lease of 2,166 square feet of office/lab space occupied by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture from S. Buffett and Sons Ltd., in the Simeon Buffett Building, St. Alban’s, NL, for a period of up to sixteen months from January 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011 at a rental rate of $19.75 per square foot, exclusive of HST, under the existing terms and conditions.
