Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of former highway reservation along the Maple Valley Road interchange, including the section of Maple Valley Road within the limits of the interchange, on the south side of the Trans Canada Highway and more particularly described within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.390 hectare, and more particularly described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission, and the administration and control of the parcel of land is transferred permanently to the City of Corner Brook for the nominal amount of $1.00.
