Under the authority of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Miller as a student representative to the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic, effective immediately until December 23, 2010.
