Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit up to $75,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2010/11 for the purpose of engaging Mr. John Cummings to complete a comprehensive review of the provisions and operation of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, as required by section 74 of that Act.
