Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $1,870,000 against its budgetary appropriations as follows: 2010/11 – $440,000, 2011/12 - $440,000, 2012/13 - $330,000, 2013/14 - $330,000, 2014/15 - $253,000 and 2015/16 - $77,000.
