Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to issue a Request for Proposals for the hard surfacing of the Trans Labrador Highway with the Request for Proposal Evaluation Team to include representatives from the Departments of Transportation and Works, Finance and the Government Purchasing Agency.
