Under the authority of section 15(4) of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the budget for the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities for the fiscal year commencing April 1, 2010, a copy of which is attached to the Minister’s submission.
