Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease for an area of Crown Land comprising of an area not exceeding 3.43 hectares to Lomond Cranberries Inc. in the Electoral District of St. George’s – Stephenville East for the purpose of cranberry production subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such leases.
