Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of former highway reservation, contained within the boundaries of the legal survey, delineating an area of 828 square metres and more particularly described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission, and the Minister of Transportation and Works is hereby authorized to sell the parcel of land to Mr. Derek Stewart, or his assigns, under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister.
