Under the authority of section 84.1 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to require the Department of Health and Community Services to provide the Minister with access to the following information, in respect of each of the years from 2007 to 2009, for each registrant under the Medical Care Insurance Act, 1999, for the purpose of sharing with the Canada Revenue Agency in relation to Phase II of the T1 Residency Project:

(i) first name, middle name, surname and maiden name, if applicable;

(ii) date of birth;

(iii) residential street address and postal code;

(iv) MCP number; and

(v) an indication of whether the Newfoundland and Labrador medical card was used in the year in Newfoundland and Labrador.
