Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Voluntary and Non-Profit Secretariat to pre-commit funding in the amount of $280,000 against its 2010-11 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the completion of a contract with M5 Marketing Communications Inc. for the purpose of implementing the Who Cares? communications campaign.
