Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer responsibility for Community Youth Correction Services which includes open custody, extrajudicial sanctions and supervision of community orders including probation from the Department of Health and Community Services to the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services.
